How long does a full-service wash take?
A full-service wash typically takes 20–30 minutes, depending on your vehicle’s size and condition. Larger vehicles or peak hours may take slightly longer, but we always prioritize quality over speed.
What’s included in a full-service wash?
Every full-service wash includes a complete hand wash, wheel and tire cleaning, towel dry, interior vacuum, door jam dusting, windows, a wipe-down of dashboard and cupholders, and air purging of cracks and crevices. Your car is also inspected by our staff before delivery.
Do you wash cars by hand?
Yes — we are a hand car wash, your paint is cleaned by hand with gentle pH neutral soap. We only use brushes to clean your wheels to remove the toughest grime and brake dust.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary for full-service washes — just drive in anytime during our business hours. For detailing services, we recommend calling ahead to check availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and most contactless payments.
Do you clean pet hair or heavily soiled interiors?
Yes — but these may require additional detailing time. Pet hair, stains, and deep cleaning needs are handled as part of our Interior Detailing services.
Do you offer detailing services?
Yes. We offer interior detailing, clay bar treatments, Lexol leather conditioning, buff and polish, and more. Detailing services are performed by experienced staff and completed in dedicated work areas.
How often should I wash my car?
Most customers wash their vehicles every 1–2 weeks to protect paint, remove contaminants, and maintain a clean interior. If you park outdoors, more frequent washing is recommended.
Do you clean large vehicles like SUVs or trucks?
Yes. We can wash and detail SUVs, trucks, vans, and most oversized vehicles for a fee of $2 to $4. Some services may take longer based on vehicle size and condition.
